Delete your PullReady account

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your PullReady account and associated app data by emailing support@pullready.io. There is no in-app deletion form; all requests are handled by our support team so we can verify your identity before removing data.

2. What to include in your email

Send an email to support@pullready.io with the following:

  • Subject: Delete my PullReady account
  • The email address used to sign in to the PullReady app
  • Your full name, if available
  • A clear request: “Please delete my PullReady account”

Sending the request from the same email address that’s associated with your PullReady account speeds up verification.

3. What will be deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete:

  • Your PullReady user profile
  • Account access data (login credentials, session records)
  • Saved app preferences, if any
  • Your subscription access status in PullReady

4. What may be retained

Some records cannot be deleted on request. Payment, billing, refund, and transaction records may be retained where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting purposes. Records retained for these reasons are not used for marketing.

5. How long deletion takes

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business daysafter we have verified your identity. During busy periods this may take slightly longer; if so, we’ll let you know by reply.

6. Identity verification

To protect users, PullReady may reply to confirm ownership of the email address or account before deleting any data. Please respond promptly to verification questions so the request isn’t delayed.

7. Active PayPal subscriptions

If you have an active PayPal subscription with PullReady, please cancel it directly in your PayPal account as well. Deleting your PullReady account does not automatically cancel future PayPal billing — that has to be handled in PayPal separately. You can manage your PayPal subscriptions at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay.
