7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
PullReady offers a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@pullready.io within 7 days of your initial charge. Include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
- The approximate date of your subscription start
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your dashboard and clicking "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
