1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PullReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PullReady provides a subscription-based platform that aggregates publicly available building permit requirement information from US county government sources. The Service is intended to assist contractors in understanding permit requirements and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscription & Payment

PullReady Pro is billed monthly at the rate displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed by PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute PullReady data in bulk
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data compilations on PullReady are owned by or licensed to PullReady. The underlying permit information is sourced from public government records. You may use the Service for your own permit research but may not redistribute, republish, or resell the data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PullReady does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of permit information. Always verify requirements with the relevant county building department before submitting a permit application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any permit rejections, fines, or project delays.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
